I love horror and fantasy. Always have. Gore and blood are incredibly hard to draw and get right. It takes time but it’s totally worth it. The reason this illustration remains one of my favourite in my portfolio is because of the jewellery and the hair to counter the ‘in-your-face’ gore. The detail in a painting like this allows you to spend a long time looking at it and like all of my pieces, it is Hi-Res’ and big enough to be printed floor to ceiling.
